CHIPLEY, Fla. -- Prison officials say an inmate in a Florida Panhandle facility has died. Department of Corrections spokeswoman Gretl Plessinger says the inmate was found with puncture wounds on Saturday in the dormitory-style housing unit in Chipley, which is west of Tallahassee.
