Community Corrections reports funding cut |

Community Corrections saw a $42,000 cut in funding this fiscal year in part because a required reduction in the number of probation revocations was not met, the agency's director told Saline County commissioners Tuesday. Annie Grevas said the agency is required to reduce probation revocations by 20 percent. That meant no more than 72 people served by Community Corrections could have their probation revoked, she said.
