| Lack of prison transportation delays probable cause hearing for accused murderer |

WALKER – Moving Jack Jacqmain from a psychiatric prison between Brighton and Ann Arbor to the Walker District Court delayed the hearing for the man accused of murder. This morning, police, attorneys, witnesses and family of Mark Moore gathered at the court and waited for the probable cause hearing to begin. Moore, 31, was stabbed to death on Aug. 18, 2010, where the father and Indiana resident was staying at the Motel 6 near Three Mile Road and Alpine Avenue NW. Jacqmain has been charged with open murder in the incident and over the course of at least four psychiatric evaluations, it was determined that he was not competent to stand trial. Read More. |
