| Cumberland County Prison earns certificate of compliance |

Cumberland County PA -- Cumberland County commissioners announced Monday meeting that the county prison earned a certificate of compliance for the 2011 inspection cycle from the state Department of Corrections. The inspection was performed Aug. 23 and 24. The prison was found to have 100 percent compliance with the minimum standards for local adult detention facilities, according to a press release from the county. Read More. |
