| Evansville woman arrested for fourth OWI |

UNION TOWNSHIP—Brandi K. Schumacher was arrested Saturday for Operating a Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated--her fourth offense, according to a Rock County Sheriff’s Office press release. Schumacher, 42, of Evansville, had been drinking alcohol in Evansville before she arrived home at around 5 p.m. and got into an argument with her father. During the argument, Schumacher tried to leave but was unable to do so because the engine of her car blew up, the release said. When deputies and officers from the Evansville Police Department arrived at 5:45 p.m. at 13932 W. Hill Drive in Union Township, deputies conducted field sobriety tests on Schumacher, who failed them, the release said. Read More. |
