Officers plan to keep a close eye on the highest risk sex offenders this Halloween |

YAKIMA WA -- Action News continues to follow ways to keep your kids safe this Halloween. When it comes to guarding your kids against sex offenders, Yakima police say they've got you covered. The Department of Corrections tells us they'll be staking out outside the highest risk sex offenders' homes this Halloween. They've also reminded all sex offenders not to turn on their lights or answer the door to trick or treaters. Parents we talked to say they're happy officers will be on the look out, but say they still won't leave their child's side. Read More. |
