Thousand of kids hit the streets for Halloween Monday night and so did a number of local law enforcement officers, checking on the activities of registered sexual offenders. Law enforcement organized the “Operation Heat Task Force” and went door-to-door making sure registered sexual offenders and predators were following strict guidelines regarding their Halloween activity.
