| 'Operation Boo' Nets 118 Arrests Statewide |

California Department of Corrections (CDCR) parole agents checked on 2,095 sex-offender parolees Halloween night as part of "Operation Boo." The CDCR says 118 parolees were arrested statewide. Here in Fresno, parole agents visited 33 homes and made four arrests. The operation demands that sex offenders stay in their homes between 5 p.m. to 5 a.m. -- clear of candy and decorations.
