A jail inmate awaiting trial for burglary is facing additional charges after allegedly threatening the judge on his case in letters written to two other judges. Brian C. Forisso, 44, is charged with two counts of battery or threat to a judge, felonies each punishable by up to three years in prison. Forisso — a transient who recently came to Sheboygan from Massachusetts — is housed at the Sheboygan County Detention Center, where he has been held on a $5,000 cash bond since the burglary charge was filed in August. He is accused in that case of entering three condominiums at Blue Harbor Resort and Conference Center, taking cash and electronics after discovering the doors improperly latched. According to the new complaint: Forisso sent letters Oct. 7 and 8 to Judge Timothy Van Akkeren, Judge L. Edward Stengel and Fond du Lac County Circuit Court Judge Robert Wirtz, who is chief judge of the five-county judicial district that includes Sheboygan County. click here for more of the story. |
