| Community correction inmate dies after hanging |

LITTLE ROCK Arkansas — State police are investigating the death of an inmate at a state Department of Community Correction facility in Texarkana. Luther Bolen, 55, died Nov. 17, a day after using a sheet from his bed to hang himself from a shower, the department said today. Bolen was taken to a Texarkana hospital after he was discovered by his roommate about 6 p.m. He died the next evening, DCC spokeswoman Rhonda Sharp said. Read More. |
