A 20-year-old Detroit woman was arrested Sunday afternoon for smuggling drugs to her boyfriend in prison. Michigan Department of Corrections officers made the arrest at approximately 2:30 p.m. at the G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility, 3500 N.
