CHESTER, Ill. (AP) — A prison warden in southwestern Illinois who was photographed on a fishing trip while on disability has been transferred to a lesser position at a smaller facility. The Belleville News-Democrat reported Monday that Dave Rednour no longer oversees the maximum-security Menard Correctional Center in Chester and is assistant warden for programs at the medium-security Pinkneyville Correctional Center.
