Watertown, NY -- Police: inmate attacked two corrections officers An inmate at Watertown Correctional Facility was charged by state police Wednesday with felonies in connection with his scuffle with two corrections officers. Eric L. Rembert, 43, was arraigned before town of Watertown Justice James P. McClusky on charges of second-degree assault and attempted second-degree assault. He remains in the prison’s custody.
