Bob Ward: Millionaire heads to state prison for killing wife |

James Robert "Bob" Ward, the ex-developer recently convicted of killing his wife inside their Isleworth mansion, entered the state prison system Tuesday. Ward, 63, was transferred from Orange County Jail custody at 7:10 a.m. to the state's Central Florida Reception Center. The CFRC is a Florida Department of Corrections' facility in Orange County used to house inmates before they are taken to their assigned prison. Ward could stay there for four to six weeks, said Department of Corrections spokeswoman Ann Howard. As with all inmates, Ward will undergo a physical and mental evaluation, and skills assessment.
