ALBERT LEA, MN--A convicted sex offender is back in jail after cutting off his GPS locator and leaving a half way house. Minnesota's Department of Corrections started alerting public and media after Roderick Hamilton was gone for more than three days. Hamilton was first released from prison in Minnesota at the end of November. He was sentenced on first degree criminal sexual conduct, escape from work release, stolen property and theft.
