NAMPA, Idaho — A prisoner who walked away from a work site last week is still missing, Nampa Police Department officials said Monday. Curtis Engman, 48, escaped from a work crew at Nampa’s new public safety building Jan. 10. Engman never returned after asking to use the restroom, Idaho Department of Corrections officials said in a prepared statement. The police department is scheduled to move into the building this week.
