FLORENCE, S.C. --- The South Department of Corrections is looking for two escaped inmates from the Palmer Pre-Release Center. We're told Kyle Norris and Dameon Simpson escaped work detail in Effingham County on Sunday, around 1 p.m. Both were last seen wearing blue work uniforms. Read More. |
