Parolee shipped marijuana to Cape Vincent prison, state charges |

After being paroled last year from Cape Vincent Correctional Facility, a New York City man began sending packages to another inmate at the prison — packages containing marijuana, state authorities allege. Crosby R. Perez, 34, was arrested Tuesday in Manhattan by the state inspector general’s office, and was taken to Pamelia Town Court for arraignment on three counts of third-degree promoting prison contraband. He also is charged with single counts of second- and third-degree criminal sale of marijuana. Justice Richard C.
