DENVER — The Colorado Department of Corrections is reviewing its inmate seatbelt policy after a prison van rollover accident that killed the driver and an inmate and injured eight others. Department spokeswoman Katherine Sanguinetti tells KUSA-TV (http://on9news.tv/zVSFBf ) "we are talking to other states and looking at what other policies are."
