| Deputy accused of having sex with male inmate |

A Jefferson County (Ky.) sheriff's deputy appeared in court last Wednesday on charges of trading sex for smokes. John Kyser is accused of having sexual activity with a jail inmate while he was on duty. In exchange for that activity Kyser is accused of giving the male inmate two cigarettes. He is charged with official misconduct and is on paid suspension. |
