CONCORD, N.H. -- A man convicted in 2003 of killing his girlfriend has been found dead in his prison cell at the New Hampshire State Prison, the department of corrections said Tuesday. A corrections officer found 31-year-old Joseph Sawtell unresponsive inside his cell on Monday at 7 p.m. Sawtell was housed in the Special Housing Unit.
