BELLOWS FALLS, VT - Police are looking for a man on probation who removed his GPS tracking device in Bellows Falls on Saturday, March 17. According to the Department of Corrections, Frank Colton Foster, 23, walked away from his home at 30 Henry Street and removed his tracking device on Burt Street in Bellows Falls at about 11 p.m. on Saturday, March 17. Foster was on probation for a number of charges including aggravated assault on a corrections/law enforcement officer, resisting arrest and simple assault of a corrections/law enforcement officer.
