Pulaski County, KY -- Not all escapes are as meticulous or ingenious as Andy Dufresne's jailbreak in "The Shawshank Redemption." Some escapes, like that of DeWayne Boykins, are just dumb luck. Dumb luck and a serous procedural breakdown. Boykins was freed from the Pulaski County Detention Center Saturday after claiming to be another inmate. It wasn't the first time Boykins escaped from jail. The 53-year-old convict had just started serving an 80-year state prison sentence for cocaine and firearms charges in June, 2011 when he escaped from the Hot Spring County Jail. Boykins' second escape launched a massive manhunt that succeeded in putting him back in jail a few hours later, but it left a lot of questions unanswered, mainly, how did that happen?
