   Do the deputy that work for the transportation department of west valley detention center have the right to use excessive force on a chained inmate at any time????? Are they allowing the deputys that work for them to Batter the inmates? Battery Meaning breach of duty carelesssness act of unreasonably,anger to a inmate that was cuffed securly with both wrist chained and along with hand cuffed on behind thier back! Causation: deputy actions causeing harm bruises,scratches and weeks of pain. Does the san bernardino county sheriff have the right to put the fear into a inmate by force? Do they have the right to deliberatly touch another person causing fear or harm, humiliation,emotionally distress, threatened with physical acts? Are they not thier to prortict (deputy) the inmates to keep them out of harms way. No matter what has brought that inmate to be incarcerated should not be treated in such a matter. And in this case all has happen to a inmate at west valley detention center 9500 etiwanda ave rancho cucamonga ca 91739. This action has left this inmate not just emotionally scared humiliation distress nightmares and finding it hard to trust any other deputy. And physical had bruises,scratches,pain weeks after the actions. This is a true fact. On Sept 27 2011 at 4:59 pm returning from court just found guilty on 3 counts in a possible 75 to life sentence. As this inmate was being put on the bus she was having a anxiety attack and on the vergy of breaking down emotionally Before leaving Barstow parking lot of the court house this inmate ask a white male trans officer if they could put her into a cage. This officers took it as a joke and then in a very loud voice to insure that every inmate was to hear (I dont give a shit how many life sentencers you get found guilty) on then laughts. I was not thier to see with my own eyes what happened. On sept 29,2011 I visited this inmate and saw with my eyes the bruises scratches long red marks on the fordhead neck both side and along the shourlders near the arm pits. I did not find out the hole story untill the last few months. Why not know til now??? A Daughter trying to keep her mother from cryin no more tears then she has shed already. This inmate is my 28 year old daughter that will stand and be stronger then her mother could ever be. Her name is Jamie Rozelle Harrison and is at this time still at west valley booking number #0908080216. The officers are still working as nothing has happen. No actions were ever taken. You ask to let you know what i think (IT SUCK)What if this has happen to a inmate in the past? What happens to the next inmate this may happens to in the future?
