CASPER, Wyo. (WTW) — Wyoming authorities are searching for an inmate who was accidentally released from prison. Arthur Penrod remained at-large Thursday, two days after walking out of the Wyoming State Penitentiary in Rawlins. He was supposed to serve back-to-back sentences for a burglary and aiding in an assault but he was released after completing the burglary sentence. Officials realized the mistake Tuesday night.
