CASPER, Wyo. (AP) — Sheriff's officials say they notified the Department of Corrections in August that a Wyoming inmate who was mistakenly released from prison earlier this week had received a new sentence. Natrona County Sheriff's Lt. Mark Sellers says the corrections department was emailed Aug. 10 about 28-year-old Arthur Penrod, the same day he was sentenced for aiding in an aggravated assault in Casper. Read More. |
