| Prison dumpster drug drop ends with arrest |

McALESTER, OK — Two women have been arrested for allegedly leaving a bag filled with cellphones and marijuana in a dumpster near Jackie Brannon Correctional Center on Saturday, according to Pittsburg County Sheriff Joel Kerns. “It was over a pound of high-grade marijuana,” Kerns said. On Saturday, Department of Corrections Officer Marvin Gater spotted a car passing the facility several times that matched a description of a car that made a marijuana drop the week before, according to the report.
