UNION COUNTY, S.C. - A South Carolina Department of Corrections officer was arrested Monday after he solicited an undercover operative with whom he tried to arrange videotaped sex and a threesome, according to the Union County Sheriff’s Office. Investigators said that the undercover operative got text messages from 49-year-old Lee Martin Smith in which he said he would pay up to $300 if he could videotape sex between the operative and another woman and then have sex with both women.
