WARSAW, NY — This year’s Departmental Awards winners have been announced by Wyoming County Sheriff Farris Heimann. The annual awards luncheon was conducted recently at the Sheriff’s Office, with honorees including: Dispatcher of the Year — Patricia Wagner, who has served 25 years as a dispatcher is a three-time recipient.
