PHOENIX (AP) - Officials at a women's prison west of Phoenix have called off a lockdown after a man made a phone threat by phone. Arizona Department of Corrections Spokesman Bill Lamoreaux told The Arizona Republic (http://bit.ly/KMiBLb) the boyfriend of a Perryville state prison inmate called a chaplain there Thursday night, saying he was on his way to the complex to commit suicide.
