TRACY, Calif. -- Authorities are looking for an inmate who escaped a Northern California minimum security prison. The Department of Corrections says 25-year-old Raul Edgardo Lopez was discovered missing during Monday's 2:30 a.m. count at Tracy's Deuel Vocational Institution.
