Homeowners, renters and visitors aren't the only people along Florida's east coast fleeing from Hurricane Frances.

The prisoners have been moved mostly from state prisons in Brevard and Indian River Counties and various work camps. State spokesman Sterling Ivey says they've been taken to as many as 18 other prisons around Florida.
