WARREN - A Trumbull County Jail corrections officer - whose father's bid to become the county sheriff failed during the March primary election - was placed on unpaid leave for 60 days because he threatened to kill a co-worker who was dating his estranged wife, the sheriff said. Corrections officer Sheldon Phillips was placed on unpaid leave June 2 and was issued the suspension after he failed a polygraph test Monday that determined he lied about threatening to kill Deputy James Georges, according to Sheriff Thomas Altiere. Phillips, who is also waiting to learn if he will face further suspension stemming from a drunken driving charge in 2011, is the son of James R. Phillips, who lost the Democratic primary election to Altiere. Messages left for Phillips, who will return to duty Aug. 28, were not returned. Altiere said criminal menacing charges will not be pursued. The internal affairs investigation found Phillips violated rules for insubordination and being mentally unready to perform his job. An internal affairs report states that on May 24, Phillips went into Lt. Pete Lucic's office and told his superior he was going to kill Georges and that "he better get that (expletive) out of his way." Lucic told investigators that Phillips continued to threaten Georges despite ordering him to stop. Another corrections officer told investigators that Phillips made the similar threats about killing Georges to him in the sheriff's locker room. The threats were never made directly to Georges, who told investigators that he had been dating Phillips' wife for about six months, reports state. Court records showed Phillips' wife filed for divorce in October 2011- seven months after he was charged with the OVI. The divorce proceedings are ongoing. Georges said he believed Phillips discovered the relationship last month. The report also states that Georges stopped at the home where the woman was living for about 15 minutes while he was on the clock, but has never done so again. Read More. |

I don't understand why people meet with married. It's so strange. First of all, you damage another family and you see that the person you date with isn't reliable. Go to dating sites. And if you want to let steam off, to relax, try webcam sites. You can read here https://hookupmasters.com/adult-webcam-sites/imlive-review/ about such sites. There are pros and cons for each, so be careful with it. I think this is a better option.
