OKLAHOMA CITY - An Oklahoma group is planning an educational campaign in an effort to pass a state question that would remove the governor from the parole process for nonviolent offenders. Due process is more important than doing less time or plea bargaining by threat of tripling one's possible time. Cutting the parole board eliminates a lot of funds.
