Auburn, NY -- Two Auburn properties owned by the state Department of Corrections and Community Supervision were auctioned off Tuesday to private bidders as part of a statewide selling of surplus property. A ranch-style home at 5 Harvard Avenue, known locally as the deputy superintendents residence, sold for $110,000 and the warden's home, a 8,800 square foot mansion at 67 South St. sold for $132,000 to Auburn firm Bouley Enterprises.
