BELLOWS FALLS, Vt.—The Vermont Department of Corrections has issued an escape notice for a man who apparently removed his required GPS tracking device. The department says 30-year-old Robert Wade was in a program at a treatment center in Bellows Falls that provides counseling for people working on their sobriety. Read More. |
