Its not okay to "poke" inmates. Two prison guards in Georgia are out of work after trying to Facebook friend a 23-year-old female inmate - while she was still behind bars. Andrea Rogers and Dewayne Powers, until recently, guarded female inmates at the Oconee County Jail. An inappropriate conversation between them and an unidentified female inmate changed all that. "The cellmate of the inmate who was involved told her boyfriend, the boyfriend then contacted the sheriff" and an internal investigation began, Deputy Lee Weems told the Daily News. "Her cellmate is talking to the staff and they are having conversations of a physical nature," Weems said the boyfriend of the cellmate told officials. The Sheriff's office immediately interviewed the inmate and had her show them the friend requests in her Facebook account, said Weems. I was "kidding" about the empathy part also. I feel their pain. That 23 year old was just a"kid" by new age progressive standards. Verbal intercourse is serious.

Maybe Facebook should prohibit "future" phone verbal molesters from getting on that social networking site. The "thought police" should be able to tell us the psychology of those most prone to things like this. Just kidding.
