CANON CITY, Colorado — A minimum security inmate who is incarcerated at Four Mile Prison at the East Canon Prison Complex claims he was shot while walking on the prison track Aug. 21. Colorado Department of Corrections spokeswoman Katherine Sanguinetti said a bullet was removed from the inmate's knee Tuesday, a week after the alleged shooting. Read More. |
