ORIENT, OHIO -- At Pickaway Correctional Institution, there's been a family growing for the past 20 years. The OASIS Men's Therapeutic Community at PCI celebrated its 20th anniversary Monday with music and entertainment, but most importantly, with positive reinforcement offered through awards and listening to inspirational messages from graduates that began with "Good morning, family."
