Inmate Accused of PCP Possession |

NJ -- An incarcerated Asbury Park man is accused of bringing PCP into a housing area of the Monmouth County Correctional Institution (MCCI). James Witcher, 28, of Sunset Avenue, is being charged with drug possession and concealing a plastic baggie of PCP in the county jail. According to the Monmouth County Sheriff’s Office, Witcher was brought to the MCCI on Thursday, Sept. 13 after he allegedly failed to pay a fine issued by Wall Township. Read More. |
