FORSYTH, GA — Georgia Department of Corrections Commissioner Brian Owens announced the promotion of Jack Koon to Deputy Director of Facilities for Administration and Support Services. Koon, a resident of Richmond Hill, will be responsible for the overall administrative functions of facility operations in Georgia. “Jack has been committed to the Department’s mission of effectively managing offenders and creating opportunities for positive change,” said Owens. “He is an asset to the department, and I look forward to his leadership in this new role.” Read More. |
