State prison officials are investigating allegations of sexual misconduct at a women's prison in McLoud that cost two male corrections officers their jobs, The Oklahoman has learned. One of the officers was fired Sept. 12 for having consensual sex with a female inmate, according to an Oklahoma Department of Corrections spokesman. The other officer resigned the same day amid allegations of inappropriate conduct with a different inmate, said Jerry Massie. “The first allegation is the more serious of the two,” Massie said. In Oklahoma, it's a felony to have sex with an inmate — even if the sex is consensual. The fired officer was on probation because he had not reached a year of employment and “was terminated for the good of the service,” Massie said. Why are male guards required to be in a woman's prison and monitor them in a “priority of position” authority? It seems that female guards could do this job very well. Men are “wired” differently than women contrary to "popular" thought. It seems when a woman has sex with a man it is his full responsibility also but when a woman in a “position of authority” has sex with a man that it is somehow "ROME-ANTIC". Sort of a “summer of '42” instance because she was "distraught" or "depressed" because of trauma or circumstances. Are both the DOJ and the prison system designed to cause chaos so some narcissistic psychologist with a PhD can keep a job by projecting empathy for a favored client? Spare me. Oh what a tangled web we weave when first we practice to deceive. There has to be some way for society to wake up from the fact that complementarianism is just a step away from egalitarianism. Anything with an “ism” in the label is trouble from the beginning. Please restore truth to this country and the prison system. Making the same mistake over and over is insanity
