MUSKEGON, MI – Here’s something you didn’t hear last year at Muskegon Correctional Facility. “I haven’t stopped smiling since we’ve been out here,” Corrections Officer Dwayne Parker said. Parker was not the only employee with a happy face Thursday at the newly reopened Muskegon prison.
