Indiana - Although he’s not one to seek out a lot of attention, Captain Michael Biddle has made a big impression on staff and offenders at Miami Correctional Facility (MCF). Most recently this impression has earned him the Corrections Supervisor of the Year award given by the Indiana Department of Correction (IDOC).
