NH - A corrections officer accused of attempting to smuggle drugs into the Cheshire County jail was among several local residents indicted recently by a Cheshire County grand jury. Shane Stockwell, 23, of 50 Pond Brook, Chesterfield is charged with two counts of conspiracy to deliver prohibited articles and two counts of attempt to deliver prohibited articles, according to court documents. CMC: After School - ROS - MB instory In July, police learned Stockwell, who had been a corrections officer for more than a year, had coordinated with inmates to smuggle in drugs from outside, according to court documents.
