A Manhattan, New York prison officer faces 10 years probation after he pleaded guilty last week to getting oral sex from the male transsexual with female breasts he was guarding at Central Booking. The officer, 18-year veteran city Correction Officer Anthony Phillips - the married father of a 10-year-old child - remains free on $5,000 bail pending sentencing in November. He is being terminated from his job. The inmate, an 18-year-old male transsexual, had semen on his sweater, and was able to identify Phillips by a distinguishing characteristic of his genitals, said Manhattan prosecutors. |
