QUINCY, ILL. -- A day of worship kicked off the annual prison tour week in the Tri-States Sunday. Each year, parishioners of the Cathedral of Worship go on a tour of local prisons looking to make a difference. They tour prisons offering ministries to those in correctional facilities. "I have done the prison tour for about six years, but I have been coming to a part of their ministry for about 12 years now," said noted minister and guest speaker Dr. Wanda Davis-Turner.
