Emergency workers used a boat to rescue eight state prison inmates and a corrections officer after their van stalled in 5 feet of water covering a Frederick County road. The inmates from the minimum-security Central Laundry facility in Sykesville, Md., were being taken to a road-maintenance site Wednesday when the driver followed a State Highway Administration truck into the water covering Michael Mills Road near Adamstown, Md., according to the Division of Correction and a witness, Jim Lanham. The SHA truck forged ahead, but its trailer, loaded with mowers, weed cutters and a portable toilet, floated away. The road is near the Monocacy River, which overflowed its banks after the area received nearly 7 inches of rain Tuesday. |

I know a guy who owns a few boats, and I am going to recommend him to buy one of the new boat docks Brownwood so that he has a place to dock his boats. I am sure that he'll appreciate it a lot.
I am glad that the emergency crews are using boats to rescue inmates. I want to know if they have any idea about delaware boat registration application or not. They can get better boats this way, so it will be easier to rescue people.
