| Federal-Mogul Corporation of Logansport Receives WorkOne Achievement Award |

INDIANAPOLIS (April 22, 2013) – Federal-Mogul Corporation of Logansport received a WorkOne Achievement Award last week for partnering with WorkOne to create employment opportunities for local Hoosiers. The award was presented in a ceremony at the Indiana Statehouse. Prior to a hiring event, Federal-Mogul met with the WorkOne Business Services Team and developed a strategic plan to identify qualified applicants. They took full advantage of the WorkKeys applicant assessment program, Indiana Career Connect, interviewing assistance and the On-the-Job Training (OJT) program. As a result, they were able to hire 131 new employees, 21 of which were OJT participants.
