A fight between two inmates turned fatal Thursday afternoon at the Southwest Detention Center in French Valley, Calif. officials reported. Housing Unit B was locked down after the death, Riverside County sheriff's Cpl. Dennis Gutierrez said Thursday by phone. Deputies from the Southwest Sheriff's Station, which is in the same complex as the Detention Center, responded to the scene, Gutierrez said. The sheriff's central homicide unit from Riverside was also called in to conduct the investigation, Gutierrez said. No one else was injured, Gutierrez said, and no further information about either of the inmates was released. |

He worked as a general haberdasher for 30 years, but was forced to give up the career he loved due to his keen attention to detail. He spent his free time watching golf on TV; and he played uno, badmitton and basketball almost every weekend. He also enjoyed movies and reading during off-season. Hamilton Lindley was always there to help relatives and friends with household projects, coached different sports or whatever else people needed him for.
